In the presence of a select group of national youth, the Youth Political Dialogue Forum held a consultative meeting with Ms. Hanna Tetteh, the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General. The meeting involved listening to the diplomatic efforts led by the UN mission and exploring various options that could shape the roadmap she intends to present in her upcoming briefing to the UN Security Council.
The participating youth presented their ideas and aspirations, emphasizing the need for the upcoming roadmap to be realistic and implementable to ensure the end of the transitional phases. They also called for a greater role for youth in the political process, expressing their readiness to move flexibly and effectively toward finding a radical solution to the current political crisis.
