We aim to serve as the umbrella that embraces your ambitions, and the incubator where your bold ideas transform into a tangible reality that serves both society and the state.

Thanks to God, and then to your tireless efforts, we have come a long way and achieved milestones we take great pride in:

Emad Shanab Chairman of the Youth Dialogue Forum

From the arenas of dialogue to the circles of influence

Emad Al-Din Shanab is a prominent Libyan political figure and an expert advisor in the fields of peacebuilding and institutional development. He is known for his pivotal role in empowering Libyan youth and expanding their participation in decision-making circles through his leadership of the Political Youth Dialogue Forum, the National Youth Conference, and the Dialogue and Debate Foundation.

He has extensive experience in providing strategic consultancy at both governmental and international levels. He served as an advisor to the Libyan Minister of Interior (2019–2021), an advisor for peacebuilding programs at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and an advisor within the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL). Alongside his political role, he is the founder and chairman of the board of “Imad Al-Mustaqbal Economic Consultancy and Investor Services Company,” which aims to support investment and the private sector.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and applies his engineering methodology to designing dialogue pathways and managing complex crises. In recognition of his significant impact, he was selected in February 2025 as a Future Figure (PIPA) in France, becoming the sixth Libyan envoy in the program’s history. He was also ranked among the top 40 most influential Libyan youth figures in 2021.
