The Youth Dialogue Forum has concluded the “Conflict Analysis and Management (CACM)” training, organized as part of the Bridge of Competencies Project, under the supervision of trainer Mohammed Al-Shams, with the participation of a group of young people interested in developing their skills in conflict analysis and management.
The training featured strong engagement from participants and provided an interactive learning environment that combined theoretical knowledge with practical applications. The sessions focused on enhancing participants’ ability to understand conflicts, analyze their causes and dynamics, identify key stakeholders, and apply modern approaches to conflict management.
The program concluded with the distribution of participation certificates to the trainees, recognizing their commitment and active participation throughout the training and marking the completion of an experience designed to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills.
The training is part of the Bridge of Competencies Project, launched by the Youth Dialogue Forum with the goal of training 2,000 young men and women across Libya through a series of specialized programs aimed at developing youth capacities, building qualified national competencies, and preparing a generation capable of contributing to Libya’s future and development.
The “Conflict Analysis and Management” training represents one of the project’s ongoing programs, with further training opportunities and capacity-building initiatives for Libyan youth to be implemented in the coming period.
