Under the supervision of the Forum’s Chairman, Eng. Emad Shanab, an intensive evaluation session was held to assess trainers’ performance and review the content of the proposed training packages. This serves as an essential preparatory step for launching the “Competence Bridge” (Jisr Al-Kafa’at) project.
The session witnessed fruitful discussions and qualitative contributions from Eng. Tamim Al-Deeb and Mr. Mohamed Al-Shams. Their insights focused on developing curricula and ensuring the quality of training outcomes to align with youth aspirations and labor market needs.
